Medical Secretary for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (BUP) in Kalmar

We are looking for a curious and positive medical secretary for the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (BUP) in Kalmar.

With us, you will have a meaningful role where your skills make you the spider in the web, contributing to the team – every day you make a real difference!

Your immediate team consists of ten other medical secretaries, and you will belong to our outpatient clinic where doctors, psychologists, nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and secretaries work.

You will collaborate closely with other medical secretaries and healthcare personnel within the organization. Your primary responsibilities include writing medical records, reception work, TeleQ, and providing administrative support.

We view the administrative role in the organization as an important part of effective teamwork and expect you to actively contribute to a positive work environment.

About You

We are looking for someone who is a trained medical secretary. Good knowledge of medical terminology and the Cosmic record system is an advantage.

You easily build trusting relationships and appreciate working closely with colleagues from various professions. As a medical secretary, you will interact with many people in your daily work, and your positive, service-oriented approach creates a welcoming atmosphere.

You enjoy a multifaceted job and can switch between different tasks. You take responsibility for planning your day and work in a structured manner.

BUP consists of inpatient care and an emergency department located in Kalmar, as well as outpatient clinics in Västervik, Kalmar, and Oskarshamn. You can find the eating disorder units in Kalmar and Västervik.
